Over the last couple of weeks, Darren Bell has been tweaking and testing his large scale projections for this weekends opening of Temporary Democracies.

The images selected have come from hundreds of photos taken by Darren during his residency time in Airds, and will be projected on three different architectural surfaces on the estate. After a great photo session and meeting with members from the Maori community on Saturday, the final testing of the projection will take place this week to get the focus and shadows just right. Darren is looking forward to finally showing them off to the community that he has gotten to know over the past several months (which has included discovering members of his own family!)
