In 2014 Nakkiah will join the next batch of artists for temporary Democracies to respond to the Airds site. As an emerging playwright Nakkiah was also invited earlier this year to be one of four leaders in Indigenous arts to deliver a talk for broadcast on Radio Nationals Awaye! program.
